It all started when I bought card of 1400, I loaded the card and go collected 1000 for the 2gb sub I was already on that I exhausted, tho I wanted to sub for bbc because I changed my imei. I did not complain because it was my fault not to unsubscribe first. The 400 naira card was left on my phone to rot because I don't use my glo to make calls. I left it there for another sub. I trusted glo then I thought they won't touch my precious card. Fast forward.......>>.
Today I received a message on my phone telling me I have subscribed for diabeties And 25naira have been deducted from my precious card. IMAGINE when? how? why? I immediately called glocks customer care, after leaving me unattended for 20mins they replied, upon that the thot with an ugly voice is now telling me that my card av grown legs that they are currently checking system bla bla bla now I have learn my lesson never to trust glo again. Or another service provider, tho emtyhen leaves my card intact globacom are criminals to don't trust nobody no even yourself. now my card is remaining 309? How? I dont make calls on my glo line wtf?? Pls if you know glo tell them to return my credit oo
