CRS programs assist persons on the basis of need, regardless of creed, ethnicity or nationality, CRS works through local church and non-church partners to implement its programs, therefore, strengthening and building the capacity of these partner organizations is fundamental to programs in every country in which CRS operates. CRS re-established presence in Nigeria in 2000 and currently focuses on agriculture, health and emergency programming. CRS is expanding its activities in the North-East in the area of Food Security, Nutrition, Non Food Items, Water and Sanitation.

CRS Nigeria seeks for highly qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative / Human Resources Assistant

Band: B-2
Location: Nigeria
Department: Operations
Reports To: Administrative and Human Resources Officer


Job Summary
The role of the Administrative / HR Assistant is to ensure:
That the front desk is covered at all times and well administered.
The availability and responsible usage of much needed office supplies and provide support to HR unit and management of the petty cash box.
He / She will assist in the administration of Human Resource activities in the Borno Office

Qualifications
First degree in Law, Business Administration or Social Science.
Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in Administration/Human Resources Management, preferably in an International Organisation.
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skill,
Must demonstrate a good understanding of contemporary human resource issues and best practices
