I wish our leaders would start asking questions; like, how come we're able to solve this problem without foreign help? How come we have enough tomatoes grown by Nigerians? How come we're not importing tomatoes? A scientific examination of these simple questions would suddenly open their eyes to the true meaning of education, and that farmers are the most educated group of people in Africa. And if they probe further they'll realize its because the acquisition of agricultural knowledge is done in our native languages across Africa- a research I've done. 3 Likes 1 Share |
