Sharpening or grooming the soft skills eventually helps a person to become more competent to face any obstacle and to be accustomed to any atmosphere. Soft skills improve the quality of work life of all and therefore it raises the productivity and satisfaction level, making the job much more enjoyable. If you are interested in developing your soft skills, a graduate, lives in Abuja, between the ages of 25 and 30, disciplined, performance-driven and motivated to become better, please can we meet here. Let us create a soft skills study group of 6 participants whom would be involved in leadership development program, fluent Spoken English, flawless communication (public speaking), email etiquette, telephone etiquette, proper body language, facial expressions, listening skills etc. All this skills will be developed within stipulated time frame. Every member of this group will become a team player for this study group to succeed.
