I'm currently experiencing something I can't seems to comprehend...my hands (palm) are always cold even my feet sometimes but recently I noticed I couldn't. Keep my Hands steady anymore when holding something..pls can someone explain to me what may b d cause..Doctors n health workers in d house

Note: I have met doc about d cold hands sometimes ago and he said that. Its okay to have cold hands.
I haven't gone to d hospital for d shaking of hands because I'm in a school environment and d only health care around here is d school clinic
