Gold morning. My girlfriend bought an Itel p51 phone on Friday afternoon and on Saturday evening, it stopped charging. We want to return it but I don't want it repaired, I want it replaced.

Please help. I bought itel 1516 plus last month. But now it's charging very slow and sometimes it doesn't charge at all. I send my brother to take it to Carl Care and they said they can't work on that model again. That it was released two years ago. Is it true Carl Care services don't cover phones released more than two years ago even if you just newly bought it? I'm even ready to pay for repairs because I don't want to take it to roadside repairers who may further damage it. Help me out here.

On launching Itel A51, I bought mine. About a month later I notice its music player stops at random. Also, the phone restarts at random its very frustrating.
