not really.although caution is needed here as quick organism is likely to follow some semen before ejaculation.

The first few drops of semen before the first real sperm ejaculation hardly contains sperm cells and one could escape with the withdrawal method but as for the next session there is no guarantee as to whether it will contain sperm cells or not.
