One of the governors who has giving the youths opportunity to be part of the day to day running of his administration is Gov Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State.

He is best known for his blog. He is one of the highest paid blogger in Nigeria.

Early life and education

Ossai Ovie Success was born and raised in a Christian family from Ogume, Ndokwa West, Delta State.

He is the second child.

Ossai Ovie Success became the youngest Political Appointee In Delta State and Nigeria at the age of 23.

He finished secondary school at the age of 16 and, at 18 enrolled at the College of Education Warri, Delta State, where he studied Computer/Economics .

Ossai Ovie success graduated from the College of Education in 2012 In 2013 He started making name on Facebook taking face-booking and blogging as a hobby.

Blogging

After graduation, Ossai Ovie Success started blogging in 2013. He became an active blogger 2015 with a custom domain www.ossaioviesuccess.com after making name on Facebook .

In 2015 he became the youngest Political Appointee in Delta State Under the administration of His Excellency Gov Ifeanyi Okowa.
