pls guys I can't pay for any app on playstore, anytime I tried my first bank MasterCard it keep saying 'correct this card info or try another card' and I input everything correctly and there is money in the account also. have tried everything but not working. even when I have free app and need to buy like credit or coins on it. it doesn't work. please help me out?

There's a restriction on buying thing like that from our card. In same dilemma as yours. I tried all my bank cards, all to no avail.

The reason is because google play store is showing in naira. For you to be able to buy you will change the location of google play store to usa, Then it will work.

Try this download a vpn without root access.
Delete your account from play store.
If you have used your card with google play store before delete the card from your account.
Power the vpn select usa
Login again to play store add your card it will show you PayPal OR credit card use any method you like. All payment will be in usd.
You must follow these steps outlined here.

Try the first steps above.
If it did not work then
1. Root your phone.(can't teach you that)
2 install xposed( can't teach you that)
3.install fake gps from xposed
4.install psiphon
If you have all these your problem is solved..
OR
Try and downloader fake gps location from Google play store.
Go to Access location/map on your phone . "Put it to GPS only".
Power on the fake gps location select usa.
Delete google account
Login again.

I had a similar problem sometimes ago nd the reason ur bank Atm wouldn't work for playstore is cos its wasn't enabled for dollar transfers online, there are specific Atm cards for that purpose.. Wat i did in my own case was dat i had to get a online virtual card wch after funding, u can get any app from playstore
