I'm utterly gobsmacked! It's rather unfortunate that we live in a country where 'anything goes'. I won't be shocked if this is taken with levity and swept under the carpet. If someone cannot get potable water to drink from a water company like CWAY, then I guess it's best we go back to the days when we used to boil water in buckets before consumption.
