The app is live, i just installed and activated it on my phone.... i guess what you are experiencing is either a network or something else(i really cant say) try the call me option to activate the app. If i doesnt, just be patient and give it some time, it would surely work, maybe Google's servers is overloaded.

That was the problem I encountered when trying to activate the app.

I strongly believe the Error is from Google since I have verified my number for almost all related apps that requested for my call id verification.

All suggestions preferred on here has been applied yet error message keeps returning.

I download DUO last night and registered within seconds with Airtel network. I believe its network problem and did u download from playstore?

if u are using glo then its obvious, i ran into similar problem before verifying whatsapp and the fault is from me tweaking my phone network, if u have any network tweak disable it or try another network or wifi.
