The attention of the south west youth forum for justice have been drawn to todays ruling of the Appeal court dismising the earlier ruling of justice okon Abang of the Federal High Court Abuja.

This is a broad day light robbery and miscarriage of justice as a Tax defaulter cannot run the affairs of a state not to talk of been a governor.

We condemn this ruling and call on the NJC to as a matter of urgency investigate the five man panel of judges that oversaw this case.

We also call on Ex Gov Uche Ogah to proceed to the supreme court to reclaim his mandate.

JUSTICE MAY BE DELAYED BUT CANNOT BE DENIED
