When i sae this picture, i laughed and the same time meditate over it. This picture is not just hilarious but a teaching aid in disguise. It shows you that this world is vanity upon vanity.

I could remember that time when staying in a room like this makes you the biggest boy in town. Imagine! Fast forward it to this day. See the gap and difference.

I know in few years from today, all these things we are seeing today and boasting with will eventually become outdated. So why biasting of the material things of the world. All is vanity.

This room reminds me of bro ayigbe(thats how me and my sibling pronounced it).

The ladies that trooped around him were many cos his room was just like this. only my dad's watchful eye, presence ruined most of his parole then.

That Lamp was like a pride then.

a babe would walk in and bro ayigbe would take one video cassette and slot it in and give us the 'look' to bolt out asap grin

You are not serious, do you know what you are talking about? Owning a colour TV and a terminator video game in Nigeria in the 70s? Even take a look at that lamp.
That model of Terminator game was designed in the early 90s and it became available and popular in Nigeria in the late 90s so also is that lamp.

That rechargeable lamp /radio started reigning about 2000,and at that time the big boys had 5 loader decks and ps1

Even in 1997 Sega mega drive was the in thing, not this 8bit ending man game(aka famicom)
