This kind of contrversial people come ones in a while just like former police AIG Mbu who was so controversial as River State police commisioner. Its really unfortunate we r having Abang as a high court judge this Buhari period of change. At least he has drawn our attention away from APC cluelessness this pass few days. #OkonisAPC n should be CHANGEd.

...

It is usual to see people comment on hot topics like they know what they are talking about. Below are some of the comments from some of our able bodied APC pundits on this Abia state issue 2 months ago. Time will always tell as usual

Next time when you see these guys xomment on any issue, you can be sure they are talking a huge load of bull sheet

Quakertellicus1:

No...more like Kangaroo politicians and Kangaroo parties....and kangaroo electorate and election bodies....that refuse to let the process be clean.

Someone has to clean up the mess left behind...and it is our judges.

Or is it the Judge's fault that Ikpeazu did not have all the legally needed documents needed to contest for election?

What kind of debacle is this?If the man is issued a certificate of return but the usurper is still on the seat, then INEC just scammed the man.The best thing is to swear him in immediately, the usurper should vacate the seat joor, inec certificate of return is not a recharge card o!!

After INEC issued certificate of return to Oga, typical Zombie comment is given here

Simply a sign of the CHANGED times that we are living in.
Is Buhari not raping democracy daily by clamping down on the freedom of speech even by those whose blind support brought him to power e.g. Abusidiq?

Justice Abang is either empty or he is a politician & a judge at the same time. The way he handed Gov. Ikpeazu's case & the Sherrif judgements is quite unfortunate. Between him & the judge of FHC Portharcourt who both gave conflicting judgements, it is clear that Abang is not interpreting the law properly. If the appeal court says he has turned the law upside down by expecting the accused to prove his case instead of the petitioner doing so, I think Abang is a risk on the bench. His appointment as a judge needs to be investigated because politics rather than qualification may have played a major role in his appointment.

Now that it is proven that this albino of a judge is compromised, I suggest re-trail of all the cases he has decided since Bubu came into office.

Secondly, stupid EFCC should investigate he has received from SHERITHIEF to bend democracy over and Bleep it from behind...

You ve said it all. This was how some people celebrated the appeal court judgement of Rivers and Akwa Ibom state Governorship case till it got to the Supreme Court and supreme Court Justices tore the judgment into pieces. So it's too early to celebrate cos It's 1:1for now.

Which supreme Court? . From the very first day abang passed that judgement I know it will be upturn. No normal person that can think well will expect something different from what the appeal court has done.

If EFCC is half serious, Justice Abang deserves investigation.

wise up. Which supreme court? Are you as daft as Abang? If you read the analysis of the Appeal court, you will know that the appeal court's judgement will be upheld by the supreme court except they do are as ignorant & daft like Abang which I know is not the case. Since this same Abang is the one who gave judgement in favour of Sherrif, it looks like every one who wants to manipulate the judicial system runs to Abang's court. He is like the judge who sat on the night before the june 12 election of 1993 to suspend the election. No dignity at all.
