And this is one of the major reasons why Google have decided to introduce a new app called Google duo.

Google duo is the newest and arguably the easiest way of making video calls. The keyword for Google duo is just simplicity., The app is here to take away the hassle and general complexity associated with the video calling experience. One other cool thing about this app is that it doesn't require Gmail or any other email account when signing up. All what you need is your phone number as this app is tied to your number which makes it easier for you to chat with your contacts who already have the app installed on their device.

The Google duo app is available on play store for Android users and also on I tunes for iOS users. It gets you closer to your love ones with the simple and high quality video video on both Android and iOS. The first time you launch the Google Duo app, you will be asked to enter your number. Google will then send you a text message containing a code to enter. Once you've verified your number, you're signed up and ready to start using Duo.

How To Set-up Duo Video Calling
=> Download Google Duo from Google Play Store here or from iTunes Store here
=> Launch the app.
=> Agree to Google's Terms and Conditions for the Duo app.

=> If you're running Android 6.0 or higher, you'll have to accept permissions one-by-one at launch:
==> Input the phone number you want to use with Google Duo.

==> A text message will be sent to your phone number for verification.
==> If the sim card is inside the same phone then it will be automatically verified but if the sim is in another phone then you might need to manually input the verification code and it will proceed afterwards.


7. That's all, your Duo is now fully set and ready to use.

How to Make a Video Call With Duo App
==> Click on Video Call.

==> Select the person you'd like to call from your contact list or manually type the number or name to search.
==> Duo app will call the selected contact or number.
==> You can end the call at any time by just tapping on the red button at the bottom of the screen.
You can limit data usage, set ring alert type and do more from the app settings. You can access the settings options by clicking on the three dot at the top right corner of the screen and select settings.
