No, but it depends on the niche

If music, what are you going to write. Even if you write, no one will read.

Unless it is a how to blog o news, it is not compulsory.

Just identify the keywords and do your seo

yes! Before u get approved by google u must write up to 600words per post, at least like 20post so crawler can idnetify wat ur blog is about. Then when u get approved u can start writing how u please

No. According to most SEO requirements...It should not be less than 350 words. Anything below that is not advisable.
