The Facebook page of Kenyan president, Uhuru Kenyatta posted that the president has been flown to South Africa for specialised medical treatment and the people of Kenya came hard on the President asking why can't he build such hospitals in his own country.

It's the former President, Mwai Kibaki who was flown to SA for heart ailment, not the current president, Uhuru Kenyatta.
Uhuru is well, just yesterday he had a meeting with John Kerry, the US sec. of state before attending his father's memorial service.
