Job Title: Customer Service Agent.

Job Description: (Highlights):

1) Resolving problems.
2) Receiving and making of both inbound and outbound calls
3) Order placement
4) Follow up on orders
5) Dispatching of orders to riders

Skills/ Experience/ Requirements:

1) BSc (2:2 above) and to have completed NYSC.
2) Female.
3) A years experience in providing customer service support (This will be verified)
4) Proficiency in English.
5) Ability to think fast and multi-task is essential.
6) Job is shift based and some days starts from afternoon till 10pm.
7) 2 off days a week and work includes weekends.
