Confirmed report coming now shows that the Bayelsa State Government His excellency Henry Seriake Dickson and ASUU NDU has come to terms and they have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) after months of holding the students back at their various homes. Which means that the Niger Delta University strike is over.

Official school resumption date is 2nd of September, and without further delay, their GST examination comes on the 19th while main examination is scheduled to start on the 26th of September. As for the year one students who couldn't see their matriculation happened before the strike, they should get prepared as is will happen on the 10th of September.
