When Fela sang many years ago that pastors stay in good houses, some people thought he was high on marijuana, cos then pastors used to sufer alot.

Do you know why Nigerian leaders get away with what they do? Because they know the truth. The truth is majority of Nigeria's citizens are mentally challenged and do not understand their responsibilities.

viviangist:
Nigeria's Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, has condemned the recent attack on a community in Enugu state by Fulani herdsmen.

In a statement by his media aide, Ekweremadu bemoaned the incessant attacks on parts of the country by herdsmen, saying it posed a grave threat to the peace, security, and economy of the country.

“This is another heartbreak, not only for Enugu State, but the nation in general; and whatever evil forces behind these reprehensible acts certainly do not wish the country well. It must not be condoned.

“The primary object of government is the welfare and security of the citizens. The Federal Government must take decisive steps to put a full stop to this wanton destruction of lives and property; and the security agencies must do everything humanly possible to ensure that the perpetrators of this act of wickedness in Akagbe-Ugwu do not go unpunished”.

The Deputy President of the Senate condoled with the affected community and prayed for the peaceful repose of the dead.

The tribe of brown roof will not condemn the herdsmen killing now, instead they'll push the blame on Ekweremadu but when the enugu youth retaliate now, you see them brownies charging and cowing the youths of enugu with fulani reprisal attack.

The guy you quoted and his likes are satanic. He's trying to divert people's attention from the main issue and you're buying it.

A deputy senate president who can sponsor a bill to outlaw nomadic animal husbandry is here talking cheap. Is he afraid to act because his oga saraki is a Fulani man?

Better get to work and be a legislator instead of sharing cars and money.

This is just a lip service. If our representatives at such apex level cannot be pragmatic about the killing of their innocent communities, then there's no hope for us.

Ekweremadu cannot even sponsor a bill to bring to an abrupt end the activities of the fulani herdsmen who killing his innocent brothers and sister and annihilate christianity in Nigeria. All the Eastern and the entire southern representatives are bunch of disappointment.

VP Osibanjo, a pastor and an acclaimed lawyer has denied his faith. Only God can help us. Christians has become an endangered specie

I here you bro!
An hausa/fulani senator or politician would have said something better if the attacks were against their people, just as you here their governors sultans and emirs coming to the defense of their people whenever duty calls.

The enugu state governor is pathetically incompetent and should resign, he can't protect his people.
The problem with eastern governors, senators, reps, ministers etc. is that they are all sellout, drunk with the obsessive illusion that they can be chosen to be the first Igbo executive president of Nigeria.
That's why you have the likes of okorocha, ngige, ekweremadu, ugwuanyi etc are much eager to help defend the northern agenda than their own people.

Igbo politicians are the the desperate bootlickers of nigerian politics.
