How do I turn off write protected on my 16gig flash drive. I have tried safe mode, regedit.exe and command prompt methods. I have also used some utilities but no way. I don't just know what to do because I can't delete anything or format the flash drive.

How did you turn it on before?? If it is indeed what I think it is, there should be a button to switch it off on the sides

There is none. Honestly I don't know what to do.

Write protection on a drive or memory card means you cannot delete/cut the files on the drive but you can copy them.So copy the files on the flash drive to another flash drive,memory card or Pc,then format your flash drive and recopy your files back again.
if its a phone memory card just reboot the phone,it will auto correct after booting.
