In your amala filled brain... you need heavy machineries to make those parts abi. If B!afrans engineers reasoned like your amala brain, they would not have manufactured a simple device. Whenever Ojukwu will tell them to manufacture a weapon for the survival of the B!afran nation...they will reply with you amala brain " WE NEED HEAVY MACHINERIES TO MANUFACTURE THAT DEVICE" LOL...Afonjas are useless. You see why Igbos don't reason like you people? Ewu!

Go and see if Innoson uses heavy machineries to manufacture aviation parts for Nigerian Airforce. Only if you will travel out of your amala region to Nnewi...do you know that car mechanical parts that most Nigerians use...gear box, fuel pumps, water pumps, transmissions are manufactured in Nnewi and branded as made in Japan? Go and tell Abdsulami Abubakar he doesn't know what he was saying when he visited Nnewi last week.

Innoson is an assembler of Chinese made parts, much like what the Biafrans did. The only difference is that the Biafrans most likely bought old, derelict military hardware and tried to refurbish them.
You can lie to yourself all you want that is your own problem.
Ojukwu told his scientists "let's make a tank" and like magicians they just made it out of the thin air. Tell that to your fellow one track minded people.

With all this metal scraps yet biafra still woefully lost the war, which simply makes technology not the sole means of winning a country backed by Britain and Soviet union.
If Biafra had built more of Airborne vehicles and rockets that could haul payloads and hit with precision, targets that are more than 100 km away in dodan barracks, Kano, Kaduna etc possibly the war could have been prolonged, if biafra had mastered the art and technology of building under ground tunnels with fish ponds , poultry farms, water purification plants, refined pharmaceutical plants , nuclear power stations, nuclear arsenals, nuclear powered submarines that could blow up all the naval ships of the invaders, biafra would definitely have won the war after just 6 days.

Any body promoting biafra must be a mad and insane person. Igbos should just be contented in nigeria

Please tell your fellow touts not to call you Yoruba because of this opinion.

Your people will soon call you Osu.

Those were parts bought from the international market and crudely put together by the Biafrans. If those parts were indeed made in Biafra what happened to the foundries that made the parts? Did anyone destroy any factory after the war?
I don't understand why people are lying to themselves.

Yes they were destroyed by a retrogressive leader called Gowon.

Why did you think Nigerian Steel industry was built in Ajaokuta after the war against the original design by a white man to build it at Onitsha

It is a blatant lie, there was no foundries in Biafra capable of building any of the parts you are looking at in those pictures, and nobody destroyed any factory after the war.

If you took your history classes serious, you would have known that Biafra was blockade by sea/air and therefore, could not import such machineries through her sea.

Was Biafra blockaded by sea and air.?

Go back to your history classes.

Biafra was blockaded but if food could get to Biafra through Gabon what made it impossible for CKD machine parts?
The blockade is probably more reason why Biafra would import CKD rather than a whole tank because they can be easily disguised as essential machine parts.

Sometimes you talk without deep research and reasoning.

One reason we lost the war, was because no one knew how to build ammunitions technology

If the Biafrans, knew how to produced bullets and shells, the money they spent importing one bullet, would have been used to produce 100 local bullets/shells.

The capacity to produced 100 local bullets/shell for one foreign bullet/shell, would have meant more bullets/shells for Biafra troops.

So the technology that we lacked that rendered Biafra weak is the bullet/shell technology and also jet engine technology

Till today, bullet/shell technology and jet engine technology are yet to be developed.
I think you have a point. They hadn't mastered the art of creating projectiles. those tanks were the 1st step to inventing the wheel .....eeerrmmm that being said, they were still ages nd miles ahead of the federal govt. If that momentum in science had been sustained, by now we'd have greatly improved in our engineering . This nigeria is just cursed n retrogressive sha.

Tell me about it. That's one of the main reason I support biafra. Biafra in a short period of three years built all this weapon, even a bunker with camouflage. While Nigeria that's over 100 years old is beyond useless at its age. 100 years and have never built shit plus busy running all over the world begging other nations to donate them outdated weapons. What a fucking joke of a country. Why were we cursed with that shithole called nigeria..just f2king why

Biafra did not produce jack, it is a blatant lie. You don't produce armored tanks without any factory or factories.

The only projectile technology they knew was guided rocket aka missile.

If they knew how to build bullet/shell technology, Nigeria troops would have perished and vanquished.

If they had gone an extra mile to successfully build a jet engine technology, Lagos, Kano and Kaduna, would have been reduced to rumbles like Berlin.

Cameroon was pro-Nigeria because they had a Fulani president then who helped blockade Biafra by land.

a jet engine needs precision and funds. biafra didn't have all that. The technical know how simply wasn't there

You guys were lucky that no Biafra knew how to produce bullet/shell/jet technologies.

If they knew, coupled with the ones they knew, you might have ended up in one hard labour plantation as vanquished people

but bros those things were crafted by the s and r team, it wasn't a production factory. Some groups of engineers decide to forge those things in the crudest manners. factories take time and money to build, I'm sure no time for that. whether u deny it or not, those things were not imported cos no foreign power attested to that.

You have to realize some of the weaponry were built during the war so they did have limited time to build, test and perfect it. In addition, expand their weaponry into something more sophisticated. They probably would have thought of all you just wrote if they had more time to prepare. Judging they built all those weapons while at war, it safe to conclude they built what they thought was necessary to fend of their attacker. You have to give them props, for an African group to build all that while at war is short of awe. This shows me if Biafra wasn't forced back to Nigeria, it l very likely would have been a technology advanced state, not the retrogressing crap it's forced to join that still clap for now producing pencil embarassed 2016 and they, Nigerians, are applauding their minister of science and technology because the country is set to now produce pencil..what a fucking joke.

give me a break....the igbos were never ready for a war..

hitler planned 10years long and modernized the german army 5years long before going to war....15year!!!,,,you wan go to war in only 1year?

all what biafra did was reverse-engineer.......by 1960 western nations had more advanced tanks than this biafran-invention...

it doesnt even cross your mind that the rest of nigeria can reverse-engineer too...not only igbos have smart-heads in nigeria..
