Doctors in the house can u please clear me on this. Wat re the reasons for having a baby with deformity, like having a baby with down syndrome, An Albino, A baby dat is having convulsion etc.

I saw a little baby of about 2 years with her mum and the innocent baby is having convulsion, felt so bad why dis little child dat knows nothing. Am here to know is there anything we the youth can do wen we are having our own babies to avoid all dis?
