U.S.A: The U.S don't export it's crude, rather they buy crude and export it's by-products. While the price of crude has fallen globally, the price of it's by-products has in most cases increased, therefore it is more of an economic waste, for Nigeria to sell it's crude at a very cheap price and import it's by-products.
