Yet some rodents will come here and tell us Islam preaches tolerance. I wonder if Nigerian muslims on nairaland know Islam more than the custodians of the faith who are based in saudi

I checked those I was in doubt, basically I know most are false.
1 False
2True
3 False (there is no such thing as Saudi Christians)
4True (which validates my point above)
5True it's a condition you have to agree with before they even issue you visa.
6 Same as above.
7 False (non Muslim population doesn't automatically mean Christian population.
So about half are completely false while the rest are mischievously misrepresented.

The Arabian peninsula has been 100% Muslim population since around 6th-7th century. Due to its remote nature it has stayed isolated from the rest of the world until the colonial Era in the 19th century. By then they made their country exclusively Muslim and Arabian. You can't claim Saudi citizenship just because you are born there. So anybody applying for visa to work there must willingly agree to their terms and conditions. So you can't complain once you get inside. What's hard about number 7 to understand. Many of the foreign laborers are Philipinos, Indians, Bangladesh and other Asian nationals which can be Hindu, Christian or even non religious. So can't claim all the 4.4% are Christians.
Finally direct your energy on how to make your country better instead of wasting your time on irrelevant things, because anybody that applies for their visa knows exactly what he/shes getting into. By the way Saudi has one of the happiest population in the world so leave them alone.
