A commercial yellow bus was burnt down due to overheating yesterday at Grammar school Ojudu Berger in Lagos. Lagos State Emergency Management Agency officials towed the bus off the road. See photos below

I thought LASG was planning to remove these buses from the road. These are some of the worst buses in the Lagos transport system.

I saw it yesterday on my way home from work. Praying for God protection over us

I thot these model Vanagon has been phased out on nigerian roads. some time in 2007 at lekki, I also experienced this. I was travelling in one when fire started in the gear box section. It started small but before you know it, the bus was engulfed in flames as passers by walked by and the driver had no fire extinguisher.

Chai,the bus owners ancestors finally got to him even in Lagos. Meanwhile,while couldn't the fire service stop the flames until it rocked the vehicle,then they came to tow it. Very weird people.

The problem atimes with Lagos commercial drivers is that even when the fault is noticeable they still drive the vehicle pretending as if no fault exists.
