now tell me, the way forward. My point is that nigeria citizens can only do but little, the pple in government will do the bulk of 'Normal things',for you to see effect. The buck stops at mr president's desk, this is what is obtainable here in nigeria. Am not saying you should not do those normal things that u know, but its effects can not be felt by d generality of nigeria pple. If you can't understand me,I can't help it. If I may ask, what are those normal things, that you think will turn nigeria to a developed nation? And tell me who will implement them. One of d normal thing should be- FRSC arresting a police van wwithout rear light, bad tyres, broken trafficator light, driving against d traffic etc;. Have you ever seen any road safety officials doing that? How do u arrest such situation with ur "normal gospel"?

The biggest problem in Nigeria is the mentality. The way Nigerians think in general is un natural and defies logic. Second problem is everyone feels they can do whatever they want without consequence. Which is why they feel comfortable dumping refuse anywhere. Thirdly, the government is useless because they don't understand their responsibilities. To effect any kind of change in Nigeria, people must start to understand that they cannot get away with even the smallest infraction. The government needs to provide and enforce. If they provide sanitary equipment tomorrow and don't enforce it's use, Nigerians will misuse it. Overall, the Nigerian predicament will not be solved overnight. It will take decades for that to happen. It is difficult to change a messed up mentality that took over half a century to create.

Yoruba way everything na east
live with it am yoruba

Because you are dirty doesn't mean you have to stereotype the whole tribe. Your dirtiness is a result of your upbringing not your tribe.
