In mid-2014,FCSC employed 140 from the 36 state and FCT to fill the vacancy in federal ministry of justice.Now divide 140 by 37, each state got 3 to 4 slots. Also in 2013, ministry of foreign affairs employed 210 through FCSC each state got 4 to 5 slots. Hardly can a federal ministry employ 300 pple.

Remember this is massive recruitment. Só dont expect same number.

Why are we trying to make things difficult for ourself or may be we are trying to scare ourself. If thats the criteria FCSC use to recruit on yearly basis why is it that we have many people working in federal ministries.

Guys, don't in anyway expect that the online application will be use as the criteria for selection. Based on pratical do you expect that the have time to be checking millions of online application. What you need is to get the right source and get the job. Hundreds are getting federal job on monthly basis, when u get to FCSC Abuja u will know what am saying. Don't be deceived about 38 man standing, just get d clue and get the job. Thanks!!!!

thanks for this little analysis, if truely tats d case i dont think they wll advertise for the vacancies as they can just fill the positions with their own, the recruitment was said to be massive and by massive we shouldnt expect less than 100 ppl per state. My opinion anyway.

I believe FCSC weren't foolish to have structured their portal this way. So for those doubting the aptitude test, keep deceiving yourselves. There is no list yet, all is mere speculation. Patiently wait till they notify us, until then we can just be all optimistic and exchange pleasantries on here instead of causing unnecessary tension.

the Salary Structure of the Federal Civil Service Commission. The salary structure in this post was based on the set minimum wage of N18,000. Below is the full details of the salary structure.

Grade Level (GL) 04 Step (S) 1 gets an annual salary of N242,994 while officers at the peak of the Public Service on GL 17 – S1 will receive N4,183,600 annually.

A 12-month breakdown of the above payment information shows that the school leaver will receive N20,249 while a director in the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) director will receive N348,633.

A diploma certificate holder who joins the Federal civil Service on GL 07 – S 01 will receive an N43,163.75 per month.

The least paid cadre, GL 01 S 1 will receive an annual salary of N226,800 which translates to N18,900 monthly.

For the school leaver on GL 04 who manages to get to S 15, they are going to get a monthly salary of N30,316,167 while the diploma certificate holder who is on GL 07 – S15 will receive a monthly pay of N65,041.75.

A university graduate on GL 08 – S15 will receive a monthly salary of N81,555.25 while a director on GL 17 – S9 will receive an annual pay of N5,452,136.

GL 03 – S1 officers will receive an annual salary of N232,970, to collect N333,522 on attaining S15 while officers on GL05 – S1 will receive an annual salary of N261,298 and on attaining S15 will receive N401,637.

Officers on GL06 – S1 will receive an annual salary of N316,229 and on attaining S15 will receive N487,295 while their counterparts on GL09 – S1 will receive N780,656 and on attaining S15 will receive N1,152,698.

Those on GL10 – S1 will receive an annual salary of N914,511 and on reaching S15 will receive .1,323,635 while those on GL 12 – S1 will receive N1,053,208 to receive N1,506,493 on terminating at S11 where they stop, unlike their subordinates who reach S15.

Officers on GL 13 – S1 will receive an annual salary of N1,174,233 to receive N1,653,453 on attaining S11 while GL14 – S1 officers will receive an annual salary of N1,295,818 and on attaining S11 will receive N1,811,724.
