Today, SanDisk unveiled a 1TB SD card, which is actually the world's largest yet. Already, the company is enticing customers with the card's ability to handle 4K, 8K, VR and 360-degree video pretty well when it's officially made available. This 1TB SD card is designed more for video and photo professionals than for the average consumer. 2 years ago, SanDisk released a 512GB SD card which was pretty expensive, I guess this one (1TB) will too (for now). Note: This 1TB SD card is still a prototype, and is in the works. |
