after Intense Battle with the Estate Authorities, Our proposal for the pent floor has been refused. So it means we will have to rework on the First floor plan to accommodate the masters.

Didn't you get the approval for the plan from the estate authorities before commencing?

They did. They allow pent. But apparently, they claim the Pent must be concealed and the engineers that approved the plan,didn't take note of that.

After having lived in an HOA community and suffered their insane guidelines I promised myself never to do as such again. I'll rather deal with Baba Sikira and his shitshack next door since I don't care about property value or impressing folks.
