THE LIFE OF THE SPIRIT

The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit” JOHN 3:8

In our opening verse for today, the scripture likened Spirit filled believers to the wind. The wind has several unique characteristics; it is unpredictable; it cannot be seen and its impact is only felt.

No one can tell the direction of the wind, that is, where it is coming from and where it is headed. The same way also, as a believer born of the Spirit, your progress cannot be predicted and comprehended by the world, but the only thing that the world will see is your daily progress.

The path of the [uncompromisingly] just and righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines more and more (brighter and clearer) until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day [to be prepared] (Proverbs 4:18 AMP). Hallelujah!
This is the very life of a man born of the Spirit. It only gets better because it is from one level of glory to a higher level of glory. Have you noticed that no matter how mild the wind is, it cannot be stopped? Great whirl winds pick up things along its path. The same way, everything in your path will move for your good. Like the wind, you cannot be stopped. Your success is sure!

CONFESSION:
I decree in the name of Jesus that I am blessed beyond measure, making great daily progress by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Amen!
