The Graduate Trainee Program is an opportunity for exceptional graduates to start off a successful career. The program is designed to prepare graduates to take up future leadership roles in the firm by equipping them with the necessary business and leadership fundamentals.
Job Purpose
 The Graduate Trainee Program is a unique and intensive program aimed at providing leverage for bright graduates intent on pursuing a career in the printing/publishing industry.
 The program seeks to equip young graduates with the basic competencies: technical and leadership, required for a successful career in the printing/publishing industry.
 The curriculum involves on-the-job experience in a challenging atmosphere to mold eligible graduates into the desired future leaders of the firm.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
 Graduate Trainees would be required to work in different positions, departments and locations which might differ in composition and demands.
 Candidates must be willing to work in any of the firm’s offices in various locations.
Qualification and Experience
 Minimum of a bachelors Degree or HND Qualification and Experience
 Minimum of a Bachelors degree or HND from a recognized institution.
 Minimum of 5 credits (Mathematics & English Language inclusive) in NECO, GCE or its equivalent.
 Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as at 31st December, 2016.
 Candidates should have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Knowledge/Skills/Proficiency:
 Excellent communication skills
 Good team player
 Self-motivated
 Creative and innovative
 Basic computer knowledge: MS Office suite, CorelDraw
 Passionate about printing/publishing services
