You will be given 6k to make calls and it's even useless as 1 minute call is like 70naira.

This is not stale but rotten and trodden upon.

The plan u r talking about is called "welcome to airtel" and it is no longer as described above. it has been changed to a new one which gives 6* bonus but adds ur main recharge to the bonus which can only b used for calls, paygo internet and SMS- it can't be used for subscribing to any other thing and the charges are higher than the former WTC, N.York.

Your post also amount to misinformation cos people might actually go and buy a SIM similar to the one I just threw away i.e welcome to airtel SIM.

You can get a better offer if they will sell u a 'smart connect' SIM which give u the bonus in form of airtime for calls to all network, airtime for paygo internet and still retains ur main recharge which can be used for any subscription. The bonuses r valid for 7days.

You will see 'smart connect' clearly written on d SIM pack... if not don't buy, if u do then u just bought a 'welcome to airtel' SIM.

That airtel 3gig for 1k is still working?

it has been recently stoped Bcs smtimes ago i load with the code *555* but my card was converted to 600% i.e load 100 nd ur credit will be 600...i call the customer care i was told it has been stoped..So stay away from it ooooo mk awuf no go run ur belle....chikena.
