According to Emeka Offor Foundation(a foundation owned by billionaire Emeka Offor),a library in Daura is in a dilapidated state.I can not authoritatively say if the library is owned by the state or federal government.The photos were shared in May.I don't know if anything has been done so far to salvage the terrible state of the library.To our readers who live in Daura,has anything been done to improve the state of the library?Below is what the Foundation shared....

the library can get a facelift thru computerising and renovation of the building. This will attract more readers. It can also serve as ICT center with good funding. But if PMB starts now, wailers will wail
