Battle of Marvel's Acrobatic Archer vs. DC's Playboy Hunter.
This is how I think the battle would go down.
The two would engage each other with brute force. Both would go to their first thought of action and take out their bows. Shooting a variety of arrows, both would struggle to evade the various arrows whizzing past them, but Hawkeye would have more of the upper hand due to his acrobatic background.
Approaching each other, the two would take to physical hand-to-hand combat, with Queen leading. Although Clint would continue to evade quite well, Green Arrow would be able to get a few good hits in. Hawkeye, knowing he can't win at this pace, reaches for his bow and arrows. Queen, anticipating this, would separate Hawkeye from his quiver and bow using his assortment of trick arrows.
Hawkeye, being left with only one arrow, would use it in a sword fashion. While Queen continues to shoot arrows, Hawkeye would doge them until he is face to face with Green Arrow. Trying to stab Oliver, Barton would be surprised when his attack is block by Queen using one of his arrows as a sword too.
Being the better swordsman, Queen would disarm Hawkeye. Nervous, Clint would sprint for his quiver and bow, but be shot with an assortment of deadly arrows before he ever reaches his Bow. Hawkeye would die a slow and painful death.
