Many will still troop out to vote, not because they believe the politicians will deliver, but because they and the contestants are of same kindred, tribe, religion, or even because they were persuaded with a kilogram of rice and a liter of cooking oil.

it will not be possible with a lot of hungry in town. People will receive 3 cups of rice and salt and sell their soul to those devil.
