it might not b a fake afterall. Verify that your Windos OS is not a starter edition. |

datsalright!:that is what i want to tell him! I bought hp mini with wndow 7 starter and it does not allow me to change my desktop bg at all! some other few thins are also disabled! |

reinstall starter or upgrade and activate.if it doesn't work,throw the pc away and beatup d fellow who sold it to you! |
