There is a simple solution although the technology has being out for a very long time , its being used in supermarket, Post office etc. Its QR Code all you need to do is create a code print it out an paste it anywhere in your house so your neighbors and friends will simple scan it with their phone. QR codes are simple to generate and use there are hundreds of websites that do generate/make this codes.
