The verdict to be taken is culled up from who's fact? The lawyers. The defensive role they play to their clients alone proves them to be knowlegeable in law. A judge can't rule against one if the facts provided, evidently favours one, lest he be charged of pervasion. Mind you, a Judge does not act on solitary ground in dispatch of verdict rather acts on facts provided and also with the aid of the gentle members of the jury. So stop overhyping the authority of the judges.

That would amount to abuse of prerogative and attracts penalty. Besides the attaiment of the "Justice cadre" must have a start. Being a lawyer serving as the take off.
