Insurance company should pay . Third party pays for the other person while comprehensive takes care of yours .
In Nigeria, we don't use the third party insurance so we just donate 5,000 each year to them . No claims on that at all.
It's time we citizens know that if you hit my car, I will collect your third part insurance cert and your insurance company pays .
