I had a heated argument today in the office about parental blessings being a necessity for success in marriage. An instance was a guy who brot a lady to his parent and they vehemently rejected his choice of woman. He went ahead and got married to dis lady. Does it mean that their marriage will end in shambles? Owing to the fact his parent will not bless their union as they dont approve of their marriage?

Well if it end in shambles, it may not be due to lack of parental blessings alone, their own negligence and evil deeds may also b part of it. But one thing I know is no matter how successful a marriage is without parental blessings, there's still a lot more success to be achieved if parental blessings were involved and even the one they already have might cease at anytime

Even after parental blessings, a couple that always takes care of their parents will thrive and excell more than d one that forgot abt their parents immediately after wedding. This is one of d reasons why some chuldren excel than dia siblings of same parents right from bible and quaran days

Parental blessings are far better than ur pastor or imam blessing believe me. I'm not saying u should ignore ur religious leaders o but many have neglected their parents to worship pastors
