if what you've been downloading is not up to 1gig then you've been downloading the wrong file.

download the two files(apk and obb), install the apk, decompress the obb and move the decompressed folder to sd/android/obb.

then run the game

Sorry guys I didn't know if anybody had trouble with GTA V, I didn't know about replys, if anybody still has any issue oe trouble ask me and I'll help you.
GTA V is 100% working with my provided link, game is totally 3.6Gb after decompression.
About sing up I don't know if sing up works, but you can play offline just fine.
