Shaykh of shias ibn Babaweyh in his “Uyun akhbar ar-rida” 1/76

From Abul Hasan ar-Rida (alayhi salam), that narrated from his father, which reported from his father (Imam Baqir): “Allah Azwajal took Ibrahim as His friend because he didn’t want anyone, and NEVER ASKED ANYONE APART FROM ALLAH AZWAJAL"

So that is a sincere advice

Ask only Allah

Unquestionably, for Allah is the pure religion. And those who take protectors besides Him [say], "We only worship them that they may bring us nearer to Allah in position." Indeed, Allah will judge between them concerning that over which they differ. Indeed, Allah does not guide he who is a liar and [confirmed] disbeliever

qur'an 39:3

[size=16pt]وَإِنَّ مِن شِيعَتِهِ لَإِبْرَاهِيمَ[/size]

"And surely among his (Noah's) Shia (follower) was Ibrahim"

Holy Quran 37:83

May Allah reward you op amin.


It is a pity that an advice to ask only Allah for request has made our resident 10 ids aka mr. sharing one laptop thrown into self doubt.

The Shi'a follow not the ahlu -l-bayt, they follow the desire of their scholars...I guess being a friend of Allah, is not really one of their goals...They would rather ask the dead Imams for things only Allah (SWT ) has the absolute control over, rather than ask Allah (SWT ) the ever living!
