I'll give him a 10 for effort. another 10 for use of scarp metal. (Recycle environmentalist should be happy with this) a 3 for finishing and not painting at least antirust. (though the guy try sha but packaging is what sells a product) as for the mechanical aspect, ant really say till one sees it personally.
