The best bet you can get is to have graduated and serving, by then you have a statement of result which an be honored by the institute as a corp member for your registration.
As a corp member you will enjoy a discounted registration and acceptance fee. Your registration will be fast tracked because you will do a manual registration as against online reg that comes with extra online charges.

At first, I decided to use my atm card, the error message said I should try another atm card, I tried the second one, it still didn't go through. I have a relevant masters degree that enables me to start from Professional I, but I won't be issued a certificate till June. You can wait till June before applying for the exams. If you are concerned about getting the study packs, try to find someone who has passed that stage or one who is currently writing PE1
