yes most people dnt do what they are supose to do when dey
wake up from there bed and that why later in d aftunoon or evening they get tired or btwen

1-First thing wen u wake up drink some cups of water.
2-Atempt some couple of exercises
3-Have some little rest to calm your brain n body.
4-prepare your brakefast and eat
