I think there are some positions that require pretty ladies to fit it. Though it may not be stated in the vacancy as a criteria for employment but I guess it is an added advantage

please, u guys shld stop acting like kids, if u wanna submit, do n be quiet, a well known bank did an underground recruitment recently n d basic qualification was, a fair lady in complexion, pretty, excellent diction, tall and d usual abt degree, i was told to submit my pics to d HR @ d island tru mail but i got connected to her tru D HR(female) of one of deir branches @ mainland, tins like ds happen. nt all pretty ladies re dumb, u know. infact ds days pretty ladies r more smart n intelligent

You shouldn't have bothered to include that in your post. When they come for interview you select the most qualified based on whatever criterion you want. It's your company, you have a right to do so as long as your intentions are pure and you're not violating anyone's rights...
Nigeria is full of hypocrites; what we all do in secret we condemn others who are bold enough to do plainly. Who on earth doesn't know that attractive ladies are more preferable than their less appealing counterparts, assuming other qualifications are the same?

I think the op has stated incomplete requirement. a beautiful lady with big front and huge back of at least 52inches in measurement, mtcheeeew. find those who are capable of doing jobs not seducers.
