How can i say NO to junk food in the UK.

Chocolates, biscuits, cakes name it, i'll have it, plus they are soo cheap

please help before i ballon out of my cloths

Don't be stupid eat well.

substitute things like fruits or flavored water for snacks.

look for low calorie snacks.

eat healthy.

tarano means well but the presentation was a bit off.

at work, you can take the snacks "to go" and put them in your purse or somewhere out of sight, then dispose of them later.

The key thing to avoid is impulse eating, and once that habit is formed, then its hard to break but substituting something else may help.

If you cant say No to just food, then, u need help oh

1. just spend a lil time on the news about recent deaths caused by poor health and then link them up with feeding habits.
2. afterwards, spend a brief moment on the 'workings' of the body systems.
3. finally, decide how you'd want to leave life @ 50.

well, everybody's said one thing or another about eating junk foods, but what do we really classify as junk food?

i'd say doughnuts.

@ Poster, you can indulge with moderation, along with exercise, that way you don't go overboard. You don't have to binge!!

Sweetie, I know what you mean, its hard in the UK and these toxic things are so cheap and accessible compared to the healthy stuff which are expensive and not as accessible.

1.You can start exercising, i.e 20-30 mins walk 3-5x a week to burn off the calories You can also buy some dumbells and do some weights because muscle burns more calories even while resting.
2. Take your own healthy snacks e.g dried fruits, fresh fruits
3. Avoid chips/crisps because those things contain empty calories that will go directly to your waist line
4, Try and cook your meals at home and take to work that way you know whats in your food.
