That by law, Fashola can not produce and distribute electricity in Nigeria.

Dude no one is disputing all you have just mentioned, what our contentions has always been the cost, seems like to me that you did not grasp from what we was all talking about in the begining. As long as its a government project, its subject to scrutiny, more so, as long as the project was made public without detail is nothing short of poor execution of government. I mean we can dance around it continously, but it remains what it is.

Moreover we do acknowledge we don't now the cost presently associted with it, in economics and finance, there is what call financial forecasting which use nearly precise data from existing sources, and economical indicators to make assumptions , therefore, people who have experienced this solar stuff either through a study, a company report, price quote, historical trends or anything will be used as a comparable measure to this project. Although it might vary in scale, however the resource utilized remain the same regardless. In other words, same PV panels and all other equipment used in the U.S. in CA, will be used in Nigeria as well, only difference is the size but cost and benefit will increase/decrease per unit of of its scale.

Doesn't it sound pointless and redundant? or you're just trying to have it both ways? Like saying you're not disputing but at the same time disputing?

And you can not blame the state for poor execution of anything because propose = intent. The state only stated it's intention to introduce, not even to buy or sell. Maybe it's even a discounted PPP program, who knows?

The state stating it's intention to introduce electric cars shouldn't = people reaching and manufacturing conclusions and passing judgment off ordinary intention/proposal?

And why are we even talking about figures without budgets and operational modalities? Don't you need numbers to work with and compare or you just run your own financial forecasting with your own manufactured or phantom figures?

First of maybe not you but I have my details and facts; the cost associated with solar energy to electricity, just to keep it short, there fore it doesn't sound pointless. A very good source of research is the U.S. Dept of Energy, here is the link, they have tons of info and figure, however there are certain infos you would be limited to; http://www.energy.gov/energysources/solar.htm

I see its only in Nigeria, particularly Lagos that a when an official proposal is made, it lacks simple detail. For the record, official government proposals have detailed information beyond what you would imagine. Look at several U.S. state or FG proposals made before the U.S. congress or the people.

Budget and forecast are two different things entirely, perhaps if you clearly understood my english, I was saying forecasting (predicting) and our economics tells us we have different forecast techniques with some not necessary dealing with numbers. You are absolutely right, I need numbers based up certain data I gather from different sources. When I get home, I will do a quick analysis for you comparable to what I'm talking about. This was based on a simple study I did.

After I'm done replying you with the numbers, I am done with u guys because it ain't worth my time saying one thing over and over.
