The world is full of rituals. There are many religions in the world, which perform different kinds of rituals. Many rituals attract people while some repel loving minds. Many rituals target animal sacrifice as their sole practice and perform this despite the opposition they face from time to time. Such opposition usually arises from the animal-rights groups that try to protect harmless animals that are sacrificed just to satisfy human beliefs and superstitions. Many term this as anti-Semitism while groups involved in such rituals continue doing the same. Recently, a Jewish ritual referred to as Kaporos where chickens are swung around heads and throw away faced stiff opposition from many animal-rights groups.
